ОглавлениеIn the vast majority of markets, there are few restrictions on product advertising. This is different in medical device and medical product marketing. The Therapeutics Advertisement Law also applies to DiGA and defines requirements for marketing and communication. Non-compliance can result in severe penalties. This chapter is therefore relevant not only to those selling DiGA, but also for all C-level leaders who are liable for their company’s actions. In addition, some further restrictions for advertising inside a DiGA and tracking are defined.
