In a tranquil farm, nestled far away,

Lived Harley, a duckling, in joy and play.

Rescued by John, a man with a caring soul,

Harley found a home, where love took its toll.

Amongst ducks and chickens, he began to grow,

With feathers so soft, and a cheerful glow.

He waddled and quacked, exploring his world,

With each passing day, his wings unfurled.

Harley’s days were filled with sunshine and delight,

Splashing in the pond, from morning ’til night.

He made friends with the ducks, and clucked with the hens,

Embracing life’s blessings, without any pretense.

But danger lurked in shadows, one fateful day,

As a storm brewed, dark clouds in disarray.

John rushed to the farm, with a worried heart,

To protect his beloved animals, he’d start.
