Ingrid the chicken spotted a curious scene.

A group of dogs were playing around,

Their tails wagging, their tongues hanging down.

Mischievous Ingrid felt a thrill,

As she ran towards them with a will.

With her feathers fluffed up, she was ready to play,

A game of chase, on this beautiful day.

The dogs were taken aback by the sight,

Of a chicken who wanted to play and take flight.

But Ingrid was relentless, she wouldn’t give in,

She just kept chasing, with a playful grin.

Around the farmyard, they ran and ran,

Ingrid and the dogs, having a grand old time, man.
