Jayden carefully measured the flour and poured it into the bowl. Some of the flour spilled onto the counter, but his mom said it was okay. Next, they added sugar and butter. Jayden tried to crack an egg, but it was harder than it looked. The egg slipped out of his hands and made a mess. His mom laughed and helped him clean it up. Jayden learned that it was important to keep trying.
