I have a best friend. His name is Max. We are the same age and study in the same class. We have been friends for many years, and I am very happy to have such a friend.

Max lives not far from my house, so we often walk to school together. He is tall and sporty. He likes playing football and basketball, and he also goes to a sports club after school. Max is very active and energetic, but at the same time he is kind and friendly.

At school, we usually sit together and help each other with homework. If I don’t understand something, Max explains it to me. When he has problems, I try to help him too. We like working in pairs and doing school projects together.

In our free time, we often play games, watch videos, or go for a walk. At weekends, we sometimes visit each other’s homes, play computer games, or ride our bikes in the park. We also like talking about school, our hobbies, and our plans for the future.

I think a true friend is someone who supports you, listens to you, and helps you in difficult situations. Max is always ready to help me, and I trust him. I am sure our friendship will last for many years.
