Just for the rest of today, try making Jesus the center of your world. Speak to Jesus more tenderly and more often. Consult Jesus before making another decision. Over and over whisper how much you really love Jesus.

Get an old shoe box out of the closet and gift wrap it with beautiful paper. Fill it with drugstore sample-sized boxes of creams, soft soaps, toothpaste, and “stuff” from your hotel stays (I collect them just for this purpose). Add some fingernail polish, colognes, and hair dressings. Now take the box over to the local women’s shelter, and ask to visit with the last woman admitted for safety. We treat God right when we decide to take the time and opportunity to do for the “least.”
