I can’t thank everyone enough who helped with this book. I have to start with my sister, Nancy Bush, whose encouragement kept me going, and then my editor, John Scognamiglio, who first came up with the idea of “Cissy’s Story” as a sequel to If She Only Knew. He was the one who came up with many of the ideas which, I think, make this book unique. Thanks, Nan and John.
