Note: There are thousands of resources about what countries utilize for IMS, studies on the efficacy of these methods, how well these methods integrate with other methods, and much more. While this book could list hundreds of self‐study resources, it would only take up space if these were not of interest to the specific reader. For that reason, you should research these issues yourself. You can search your school, college, or university library, or you can use a simple (or complex) Internet search. Simply look for the country you wish to research, then using that countries name (in a search box) and some key words, you will see some of the information available. Key search words might include any combination of:

Incident management, incident management system (IMS), incident command, incident command system, hospital incident command, hospital incident command system, hospital disaster, hospital disaster management, disaster management, command and control.

These are just a few of the search terms that could be used in conjunction with the country you wish to research. It is by no stretch of the imagination a comprehensive list of search term for IMS systems.
