The Holy Ghost is like a river that moves freely and harmoniously. He cannot be confined because He is an ever flowing fountain of God. Like Jesus, He did not come into the earth to do His own will, but to do the will of the Father. Hence, His flow is like the water that surrenders itself in the process of flowing where God leads Him. When coming against obstacles, He just flows over it, around it, or under it. Just as water, the Holy Ghost will keep pouring over the souls of men looking for a way to flow through any breaks to reach them with the love of God.

This is how the Holy Ghost flows in this love relationship between us and God, and such a love cannot be confined. Because we love and trust God, we surrender ourselves to flow wherever God chooses to take us without question or resistance. If obstacles in life come our way, it does not detour this worship. As we step into the flow of the Holy Spirit, He leads us into the heart of God to experience His holy presence, and He then leads us back out. Like blood that circulates through the heart, so is this worship. If your heart is set on following Him, He will show you the way into God’s heart.
