Mint has hundreds of different varieties within it, from both chocolate to peppermint. But you can grow this naturally in the garden, and it’s a great one to use. It’s a bit aggressive in most gardens, so if you’re not careful, this plant can actually take over entire gardens if you’re not watching it. It does require full sun in order to grow it, which can be a problem for some people, but for the most part, it does grow pretty well. Mint is effective as well for those with digestive conditions, since it’ll smooth the muscles within the GIT tract as well. So, if you have tummy problems, or you’re feeling nauseated, you can steep this in tea form in order to sip it, and you’ll be able to do this.

The best way to accomplish this is to strip a dozen or so leaves, and from there, steep it into some boiling water until it’s yellow.

Mint is also great because it helps to naturally clear out the body too, so, if you have a respiratory condition, or your feeling sick, then you can have some mint, and use it. The mint essential oil is one of the best out there, and you can use it to really counteract the feelings that the cold is giving you, so you can feel happier, and healthier too.
