This publication is devoted to the effectiveness of self-regulation institute in the construction industry. Entrepreneurship in the construction industry has been analyzed from licensing to self-regulation, the evolution of legal regulation – from public control to private public one, their ratio: terms and results. The author has analyzed the existing legislation in terms of its possible improvement and its existing gaps. The publication targets at legal practitioners, academics and practitioners in the construction industry and at those, who are interested in issues of business law.
