Purpose

Dr. Rose God Given talents assist women in management of crisis or prosperity.
Mission
Desiring to be of service to Jesus Christ
Dr Rose an Advocate for Women is dedicated to training, mentoring, etc. women between the ages of 12 and 99 years old
Dr. Rose an Advocate for Women is a bible based organization (which was established in 1996) for the betterment of women in all aspects of life under the umbrella of the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Dr. Rose is a leader, a trainer, and a mentor of women in the community, in Christianity, in academia, in careers, as a wife, as a mother, etc.
She mentors and trains women how to take control of their lives, obtain their goals, be a manager
Women learn, what is the purpose of their lives
How to use Management and Leadership skills to obtain their goals and become successful in any area they have a passion for
Dr. Rose has an Agape Love for women. Her God Given talents assist women during a crisis. It assists women to understand how to take control in a crisis and do not let the crisis take control. It enables the women to lead herself and her family during the crisis.
Dr. Rose teaches women how to become proficient leaders and managers of their personal lives in areas of Management, Leadership, Training and Mentoring of Women in Christianity, Academia, careers, as a wife, motherhood, etc. Women learn who they are and how they can be successful as themselves.
Vision:
Dr. Rose envisions: All women walking one-on-one with Jesus, doing Gods perfect will and reaping the benefits from his blessing. Dr. Rose promotes a desire to succeed and be proficient globally. Allow Jesus to change our lives!
Rose Brooks Deal possesses a doctorate degree in Organizational Management & Leadership. She is an author, mentor, tutor, an instructor, a lecturer and a proficient speaker.
Dr. Rose an Advocate for Women is a place (she attends St. Matthew CME Church) where any woman can come and feel loved. “We Embrace You with An Agape Love”. Dr. Rose and the Virtuous Women of St Matthew CME Church would like all woman to come and join us during our church services and Girlz Nite Out every 3rd Friday of the month.
Within this organization problems are solved and dreams are sought, through prayer and achievement.
Dr. Rose is an advocate for women; she uses her God Given talents bestowed upon her from Jesus Christ, her experience of 21 years dedicated to the U.S. Army, her professionalism as a Doctor of Organization Management and Leadership, and with a strong Medical and Science background.
Dr. Rose collaborates with any woman across all ages, races, industries, professions, political, and religious beliefs in an effort to establish lasting relationships and pool our resources for the purpose of making a positive changes in the world of women.
