ОглавлениеIt is now understood by the scientific community that people are made up not of dense matter but energy. As energy ourselves, we affect and interact with all energy. We truly create our own reality through our thoughts.
If we focus on the negative, even worry, that’s what we get. But with intention, we can choose the positive instead. It isn’t easy because we live in a society that, often unwittingly, empowers the negative by giving it energy.
Automatic negative thinking and automatic negative talk have, sadly, insinuated themselves into our daily routines.
In the following, Jerry W. Agnew Sr, a former police chief whose thirty-plus years in law enforcement included creating and presenting innovative programs for students and adults, and who earned the title of National Deputy of the Year in 1986 as a result, shows us all how we can recognize and use our own creative power to silence the automatic negative thoughts (ANTs) and change our lives to embrace the positive.
Jerry W. Agnew’s own experience was influenced by a lifelong fascination with the power of the human brain and mind by a worldly escape from death, and by a son, JC, who a doctor wanted to let die at birth but who overcame the challenges of open spine;—spina bifida—to live joyously and fully in the moment, to succeed in life, and to proclaim, “Life is wonderful!”
Let Jerry W. Agnew Sr. show you how you can echo JC’s enthusiasm.
NB—Ms. Hanemann is an outstanding individual and her Foreword statement is from the heart. I personally met her during my law enforcement career when she reported for a local newspaper. She also wrote countless articles about the positive energy surrounding certain projects that focused on assisting the community or individuals. Currently (03/01/2017) she is a reporter for The Daily News.
