Any people say they love themselves but then people hate themselves. Sometimes we don’t really love ourselves or don’t know how to love ourselves. We only know how to love ourselves when someone else tells us how to love ourselves. Then we also hate ourselves and not for the reason that we know. We had the way we look, the way we walk, our faces, our bodies, our hair, just because we want to be like celebrities. Some of us think that looking like a celebrity will make our lives better but in retrospect, it makes our life worse. We really don’t know how to love ourselves in the way we should. We need to sit back and look at what we are doing to us. Do we love ourselves or do we hate ourselves? What does love mean to us and what does hate mean to us. When you know what the real difference is then you will be on your way to knowing how to change for the better. The letters of Love means: Live Outstanding Volumes every time and Hate means: Hurting Another Tangible Emotion. So which one are you, Love or Hate.
