COURTS OF THE MARCHES
ОглавлениеExercising concurrent jurisdiction with the Council and the Star Chamber were two other courts, the Council of Wales and the Council of the North. They controlled local government within their area, and acted as courts of equity and of extraordinary criminal jurisdiction.
