Extemporaneous Anchovy Sauce.—

| Butter | 3 ounces | 
| Water | 2 ounces | 
| Vinegar | 1 ounce | 
| Flour | 1 ounce | 
Mix, place over the fire, and stir until the mixture thickens. Then rub through a coarse sieve.
