Lettuce is good for slimming

Wrong! Anyone who puts in a "salad day" a week to lose weight really has to fight. The salad is usually refined with other foods such as oil, sugar, etc. Most calories usually have the ingredients. The leafy vegetables are immediately broken down in the stomach by the gastric acid. The feeling of satiety is therefore short-lived. Then the feeling of hunger comes back. Salad fans would then have to eat more than one kilogram of the vegetables per day to keep them from starving.

Leaf salad should be eaten immediately after harvest

Right! Otherwise, he'll lose some of those little vitamins. It should not be washed too abundantly, otherwise it loses additional water-soluble vitamins, which are scarce anyway.
