5. Cleopatra’s Honey and Pistachio Roasted Quail

– 4 quails, cleaned and patted dry
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, chopped pistachios, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
