PB&J Smoothie

Using a twist on a classic flavor of peanut butter and jelly, only this uses peanut butter, bananas, and strawberries to make up the taste of the classic sandwich.

What You'll Need:

1/2 cup of spinach

1/3 cup of milk

1/3 cup of bananas (frozen, peeled, sliced)

1/4 cup of peanut butter (creamy)

1/4 cup of strawberries (frozen)

1/4 cup of ice

1 tablespoon of honey

How to Make It:

Add 1/2 cup of spinach, 1/3 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1/3 cup of frozen, peeled, sliced bananas, 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/4 cup of ice into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
