Assignment: DevOps business simulation ‘The Phoenix Project’ Exercise 1 – Preparation/implementation exercise
ОглавлениеThis exercise is about preparing a team to use DevOps principles in their day to day work. During the simulation, the team will implement DevOps principles such as processes, flows and tools. At the start of each round they will improve their way of working based on the reflection of the previous round. This exercise will take 20 minutes.
