Chapter 8 About Mauricio

Оглавление

Mauricio Hernandez is this beautiful Cuban and Dominican man that was born and raised in New York. His father is Cuban: born in Spain, but raised in New York. His mother is Dominican: born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She came to New York as a young adult.

Aside from his tanned complexion and hazel eyes, he stands 6’1” tall with brown hair worn in a blowout with curls on top. He is 28 years old and the oldest of two siblings. He is also a health fanatic and takes really good care of himself.

Mauricio is a confident man and sometimes a know-it-all. He also comes across as a little cocky and arrogant at times. But for the most part, he is laid back, has an outgoing personality and is always the life of a party. He is known by many and loved by all.

But there is one thing that will make him mad to every extreme . . . his money.

He is serious about his cash. He legally hustles for it, doesn’t like sharing it and has a lot of it. He doesn’t spend it frivolously and believes simple is the best way to live.

He will, however, spend money on the things he likes, for example his toys. He has a white Range Rover Sport supercharged with a sunroof, a metallic black Bentley Continental Sport Coupe and a black BMW S1000 RR superbike.

He also loves to dress and travel. In his line of work, traveling is a must. But looking good leaves more of a lasting impression.

When he graduated from high school, Mauricio left New York and went to college in Miami. There, his two loves collided: making money and partying. He started throwing parties with his friends for that dinero. In the beginning, it wasn’t a real money maker. But by his senior year, he became known as the man on campus. Not only could he throw one hell of a party, but it got to a point he would rent out small clubs and spaces for events. He kept expanding and pushing himself. The more parties he did, the more in demand he became.

After college, he naturally started promoting clubs. He knew how to draw a crowd and was plugged into all the major party scenes. He grew to have a serious reputation that preceded him.

He launched his company, Clubbing Productions and became a well known club promoter, promoting the biggest and baddest clubs in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and Chicago.

He didn’t just stop there. Mauricio always looked for ways to make more money. And with his entrepreneurial spirit, he built quite a nest egg for himself.

He owns a transportation service with a small fleet, consisting of two stretch limos, one luxury car and one stretch Hummer SUV. He owns two barber shops, one in the USA Flea Market on 79th Street in Liberty City and the other in 183rd Street Flea Market in Miami Gardens. He has a tow truck company with a storage lot. He has three car washes (one at each flea market and one in Aventura), a scooter rental business on the beach and fourteen vending machines in a corporate office in downtown Fort Lauderdale. And he has a healthy investment portfolio thanks to his dad.

Mauricio is venturing into opening a cell phone store, a hair and nail salon and branching into event promoting. He wants to promote any and all kinds of events, not just clubs.

But he also comes from money. Esteban, his father, is loaded.

Esteban purchased Mauricio his luxurious waterfront condo on Hollywood Beach after graduation. It sits on one of the most prestigious coasts in South Florida. His four-bedroom, six-bathroom unit is composed of 7,120 square feet of luxury living.

His home comes equipped with twelve foot tall vaulted ceilings, marble flooring, elaborate molding and impact resistant, floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. The space includes a formal living room and dining room, family room, office, billiards room and laundry room. His grand master suite has a grand master bath, two walk-in closets, a sitting area and an oversize sunrise terrace. He uses one bedroom as his weight room, another as a guest room and the last one as his sex room. His den is turned into a game room with a 152” plasma television. But the best feature is his gourmet kitchen.

Since he loves to cook, he had his kitchen remodeled. He splurged on Italian custom cabinetry, a Sub Zero builtin, side by side refrigerator with cabinetry matching front panels and a Wolf 60” dual fuel range with double oven.

His custom-made, teardrop-shaped island doubles as a breakfast bar. And the best view is just off the kitchen in the solarium.

He has everything he needs for his active lifestyle.

In terms of women, he isn’t dating anyone serious. He has female friends, but no emotional attachments to any of them. They all understand their place.
