Знакомство с транскрипционными знаками. Сложные звуки и дифтонги.

[ʧ] – ч, [ʃ] – ш, [j] – й, [dʒ] – дж, [ʒ] – ж, [ɳ] – ң, [ð] – д (язык между передними зубами), [θ] – ф (язык между передними зубами);

[ai] – ай, [əu] – эу, [ei] – эй, [ͻi] – ой, [au] – ау, [iә] – иа, [uә] – уа, [juә] – юа, [eә] – эа, [aiә] – айя

Чтение слов.

[ei] bate, plate, pale, plane, lake, late, lane, snake, skate, sale

[ai] I, nine, hi, my, by, bite, like, lite, life, lie, line, pine, pie, pile

[əu] no, note, nose, go, home, so, spoke, spoken, open, close

[ð] this, that, father, mother, brother

Упр. 1. Вставьте подходящие по смыслу личные местоимения.
