It’s funny how this works, but the more energy we put into hating something or someone, the more we hurt ourselves.

It seems it can take control of your mind and control your thinking and rationalisation process. It can even become an obsession that can drive you mad.

So the next time you feel hatred towards someone or something remember that when you point at it there are three fingers pointing back at you.
