The Failures of Antitrust and Labor Law
ОглавлениеAn imbalance, including a market imbalance, can be corrected by adding more weight to the lighter side or by removing weight from the heavier side. If corporate power is the heavier side, then the imbalance in labor market power can be rectified by reining in corporate power or increasing worker power, or both. Our antitrust and labor laws do the opposite of what is needed: they add weight to the corporate side of the scale and diminish the heft of the worker side.
