Conclusion
ОглавлениеCompetition has never been a panacea and will never be enough to protect workers on its own. But the past 50 years of history have shown that it could remedy some of the worst abuses perpetuated on workers, abuses that might not be reachable by other areas of law. A worker-protective antitrust regime is necessary but not sufficient. Coupled with strong labor and employment law, that regime hopefully will push the balance of power back where it belongs: to be shared among the many, rather than in the hands of the very few.
