Add-Ons

For the left arm

and part of the

box, I glued

extra wood onto

the main blank

(green lines on

pattern). This

allows you to use

a smaller piece of

wood for the rest

of the figure, and

it’s easy to hide

the glue joint

with paint. For

the base, I used a

piece of wood the

same dimensions

as the blank for

Santa’s body,

but I rotated it

about 45° when

I screwed it to

Santa’s foot.
