ОглавлениеThe St. Galler Startup Navigator as a Governance Tool
Prof. Dr. Dietmar Grichnik and Dr. Manuel Hess
Abstract
[24] Most startups fail. However, building successful companies is nothing magical, but a craft that can be learned. The irrefutable truth: It’s all about the execution. You need to be systematic and learn how and what kind of signs to interpret to be successful. Using the St. Galler Startup Navigator helps the Board of Directors as a governance tool to control how the entrepreneurs can turn the early business ideas into a thriving venture. This article introduces our tool based on insides of evidence-based entrepreneurship research and from best practice recommendations of some of the most successful entrepreneurs and startup managers worldwide.
