B Drugs that cause release of NE from nerve endings
ОглавлениеCertain drugs have an indirect sympathomimetic action, rather than directly exciting adrenergic effector organs, and cause release of NE from its storage vesicles in the SNS nerve endings (e.g. ephedrine).
