2.4.2 Strategic risk
ОглавлениеStrategic risk is defined by the FDIC as “the risk arising from adverse business decisions, or the failure to implement appropriate business decisions in a manner that is consistent with the institution’s strategic goals.”[106] The OCC defines strategic risk as
“the risk to earnings or capital arising from adverse business decisions or improper implementation of those decisions. This risk is a function of the compatibility of an organization’s strategic goals, the business strategies developed to achieve those goals, the resources deployed against these goals, and the quality of implementation.”[107]
