The planetary power is now at its maximum Western position for the year. Thus, the planetary energies (the short-term planets) are moving away from you and towards others. You still have plenty of personal independence – the Western, social sector is not dominant – but less so than usual. So, this is a time to be more adaptive to the conditions around you. It’s not an especially good time to make changes – that will come later in the year. Rather, it is a time to cultivate your social skills. Your likeability will get you further than your personal efforts.

Your 6th house is still strong this month, until the 22nd. So this is a good time to do all those detail-oriented, boring tasks that need to be done. You have more energy for them. It is still a good financial period for the children or children figures in your life, and it is still good for hiring others or for finding a job – whatever the need happens to be.

On the 22nd, the Sun enters your 7th house of love and you begin a yearly love and social peak. The love and social life becomes more active. Singles are dating more and are more in the mood for love. (This is 90 per cent of romance: being in the mood, being interested.) Those already in relationships are more romantic within that relationship.

Finances are good this month (and will get even better next month). On the 9th Venus enters your 8th house of regeneration, and stays there for the rest of the month. She is moving ever closer to Jupiter, so earnings are expanding. Opportunities are coming. Your financial planet in the 8th house shows a need to prosper others – to put the financial interest of others ahead of your own. This, by the karmic law, will bring your own abundance to you. Venus in your 8th house (and in Scorpio) is good for paying off debt or for taking on loans – according to your need. It is good for getting financially healthier, eliminating unnecessary expenses. Good to go through your belongings and get rid of things that you don’t use. Clear the decks to allow the greater good to come in. This planetary position also indicates good financial cooperation with your spouse, partner or current love interest. Financial intuition is excellent this month.
