Dear Uncle Norman,

The Person of this Report is Elvis Aaron Presley, born January 8, 1935 died August 16th, 1977.

Elvis, as he is known to millions of fans around the world, was the (first singer of rock and roll.) He was American. He wore big white suits and I don’t understand why but girls screamed when he sang his songs. He is in lots of movies, that’s what my mom told me. My dad told me he ate peanut butter and banana sandwiches that were fried like french fries. I think that is (disgusting,) don’t you? some of his songs are Hound Dog my favorite, blue suede shoes, Are you Lonesome Tonight and Jailhouse Rock my Dad’s favorite. what is your favorite? It is very sad that Elvis died because we can’t hear him sing and I think I would have like to hear him sing. He got in trouble for shaking his hips on Ed Sullivan’s show. That is very funny and is not something I think you would get in trouble for now. But times have changed.

His famous saying is You Aint Nothin But a Houndog.
