Kevin Whipps has been building custom cars and trucks since 1992, earning multiple trophies and magazine covers in the process. He started writing professionally in 1999, and his work has appeared in dozens of publications, mostly in the automotive realm. Kevin was also the editor in chief of Jetset magazine, rebel magazine and Wing World magazine.

When not writing, Kevin enjoys comic books, watching the Boston Red Sox, and playing with his two kids. But let’s be honest, most of the time he’s writing.

Kevin currently lives in Arizona with his wife, Kirsten; children, Kaylee and KJ; and dogs, Tessie and Leela.
