Chapter 2. The Inner Circle
ОглавлениеIn this chapter, I will discuss the following characteristics of human existence: family and close friends. Often, it is our family and closest friends who have the greatest social impact on our behavior. An extremely important feature that can be very difficult to work with. The degree of conservatism and devaluation of your aspirations always has a negative impact on your own self-esteem, but it is precisely these problems that many people face when interacting with the closest people.
The situation is not always so critical if mutual understanding is at a high level. Support and respect are the criteria for a happy family. A huge number of problems and the destructive influence of the external environment are resolved by constructive conversation and support of loved ones.
However, what to do if one of the important components of life does not provide support or is even missing? The only option for the correct approach to solving the problem is to find like-minded people.
Family is like-mindedness. It’s what makes up understanding and support. Shift your search focus to the outside world as the third characteristic (which will be discussed in more detail in the third chapter), establish contacts, and select a group of like-minded people as the second characteristic. At the same time, your family will remain a group with a deferred problem. Here it is important to understand the role assignment technology, that is, you design a process that will be free of undefined elements and still have the support of a group of like-minded people. Role assignment is a direct technique of Spiritual Constructology that has a therapeutic property, during which violations of component perception are corrected. I would like to remind you that Component Perception Disorders (CPD) is the only source of all mental disorders and diseases of a person, as well as irrational behavior, aggression and confusing situations, and, most likely, has the character of a meta-life (transition from life to life) based on an incomplete process of clarification.
We all live in a world consisting of two fundamental foundations: natural and technological. We draw our life’s foundations from nature. From technology – comfort, progress and development. A reasonable correlation of these two characteristics in a person’s life is fundamental to the successful manifestation of Mentar. Spiritual Constructology pays special attention to the second anchor point – the inner circle. The environment in which a person lives has the most direct effect on his psychophysiological state. Most people live in cities, in apartment buildings, exposing themselves and their families to the negative effects of the world around them. My concept is that everyone should have the opportunity to live in their own home, but within a comfortable urban environment. If there are no opportunities to implement this plan, it will be extremely useful to arrange a natural corner in the apartment. In a natural corner, arrange an installation containing natural components: plants, earth, rocks, water. This way, you align the Basic Energy Circuit (BEC) in your home, increasing the content of natural components as opposed to artificially processed and technological objects that are present in excess in our homes. BEC is a concept that denotes a closed system of energy exchange (chains of interstellar dust mainly consisting of carbon) of Space with the physical world, otherwise we can say that this is a kind of circulatory system through which communication is carried out. In our universe, the so-called carbon stars play an important role. Carbon dust, due to its low gravity near the star’s surface, becomes part of interstellar dust due to stellar winds, directly receiving and absorbing visible light. BEC is always associated with natural components and is transmitted through carbon dust. We will discuss this issue in more detail in the fourth chapter. In Spiritual Constructology, an important element of constructing a Mentar is the harmonious correlation of natural and technological elements. Nature is the personification of the beginning of birth. Technology is a manifestation of a volitional, intelligent foundation. This directly correlates with the entry space, that is, with the ultimate aspiration of the practice.
I want to emphasize the importance of cleanliness and order in the house. When everything is in its place and when you know where and what is lying, then in this case the practice of correcting the CPD is carried out. This is an important point! Practice in everyday life is based, among other things, on the principle of organizing order in everyday life. The desire for order is directly related to the desire for practice. Have more order in your life, so that you can move away from things that lead to the strengthening and creation of disorders of component perception.
Order in everyday life is, first of all, order in consciousness, in the absence of uncertainty, in concentration. Every action carried out in the process of life requires a conscious approach or otherwise analysis. A prerequisite for this practice is to keep a record of everyday activities and emotional states. In addition to the obvious psychotherapeutic nature, this process aims to facilitate the management of the interlocution procedure, where together with the master you analyze the situations of everyday life without omissions and innuendos, which ultimately leads to more productive practice.
