В Present Simple отрицания и вопросы строятся с помощью вспомогательного глагола do/does.

1. Отрицательные предложения

Для I / you / we / they: do not (don’t) + глагол

I don’t like pizza. — Я не люблю пиццу.

We don’t play football. — Мы не играем в футбол.

Для he / she / it: does not (doesn’t) + глагол

He doesn’t watch TV. — Он не смотрит телевизор.

She doesn’t go to school by bus. — Она не ходит в школу на автобусе.

2. Вопросительные предложения

Для I / you / we / they: do + подлежащее + глагол

Do you like music? — Тебе нравится музыка?

Do we study English? — Мы учим английский?

Для he / she / it: does + подлежащее + глагол

Does he play football? — Он играет в футбол?

Does she read books? — Она читает книги?

Особенности:

В отрицаниях и вопросах основной глагол всегда остаётся в начальной форме, даже если подлежащее he/she/it.

Сокращения: don’t = do not, doesn’t = does not.

Вопросы начинаются с do/does.
