I’m awake now

but the morning seems

Me waking up

My morning is here she said

I’m healthy she said

I have this wonderful bed and this

Roof over my head

She said I have the

Air in my lungs

And a wonderful family

My man has a couple of jobs and he loves me

Thank you, Father, for all of your blessings

I know that I am in control of my own mind

And I chose to be thankful

and not negative

So here I go downstairs

to start this beautiful
