For example the Amazon and Barnes offer electronic books that children can download and read on their computer than picking up a real heavy book in the library.

Knowledge is not just presented through text but is also available in different media. It will depend on the users want and learning capabilities. A person who is more visual can watch video, read e-books or pamphlets to obtain the information he or she wants. If a person is more on audio learning, there are many audio media containing information that he can listen to. The way internet presented knowledge in a flexible and versatile manner allows people to gain more learning on the format they want and comfortable with.
