Everyday I hear women complain about their weight issues post baby and listen to excuses as to why they are "fat"-blaming pregnancy. I have proven that with drive and dedication to your body, you can be back to your pre-pregnancy weight within 4 months of giving birth.

You will get a low calorie plan that will help you lose fat and keep you feeling full.
You can get back to your pre-baby body by following my structured diet plans, daily meal options and workout routines. You cannot waiver from my plan like adding/removing/switching foods or skipping workouts.
What do I need to do before starting the MuscleSorority BYE BYE BABY FAT program?
FIRST, check with your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to begin dieting and exercising. If you are breast feeding, you will want to get permission from your baby's pediatrician before starting ANY diet!
NEXT, you need to mentally prepare for your new lifestyle. Having a baby comes with many joys, stresses and untapped emotions. In the beginning, a new diet will only add to those stresses and emotions but in the end, when you stand in front of your mirror and see the results, you will realize that the sacrifices of your new lifestyle were well worth it.
NOW, you need to join a gym. It is too difficult to train at home. Your new baby will demand your time and attention and getting distracted will not help you get back into your pre-baby body. Plus, it's good to get out and have some mommy alone time. If you don't take care of YOU, you can't take care of your family.
