Matt Thom is one of Australia's leading health & fitness professionals. He has won 4 world fitness titles in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006 at the 50 year old World Fitness Federation Universe competition held in Europe. Matt completed these amazing feats AFTER being hit by a train in February 2001 and being told by doctors that he may never walk again. With a Degree in Human Movement he has worked in the industry for the past 15 years as a personal trainer, corporate trainer, presenter, motivational speaker, educator and fitness consultant. He is co founder of Fitness Kick @ Flemington, Melbourne's first specialized fitness training centre and winner of Personal Training Business of the year in 2007, 2008 and 2009 at the Fitness Victoria Industry Awards.

He has developed and trademarked over six effective fitness training programs and co-owns five businesses in the fitness industry. He has extensive martial arts experience and is the Victorian sensei for Australian Freestyle Kickboxing. He currently runs self defence programs in over 100 schools throughout the state of Victoria.

The book and action manual is a collection of knowledge, experience and inspiration, written to help thousands more change their bodies therefore changing their lives.

Monica Wright is Australia's leading Fitness Athlete holding the 2002, 2003 and 2006 Ms Fitness Universe Title having won these prestigious titles at the World Fitness Federation Universe in Europe. Monica started her fitness career at age 4 as a successful gymnast and competed until age 21 when she moved into Fitness, winning her 1st competition in 1999 with an impressive acrobatic routine.

Monica also holds the 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006 World Fitness Pairs Title with her husband Matt Thom. They also won the Fairfax Sports Stars of the Year in 2003.

Monica has over 14 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, gymnastic coach, fitness journalist, motivational speaker, fitness instructor, yoga teacher and is a proud co-founder of Fitness Kick @ Flemington. She has been a sports model on the cover of Better Health and Natural Muscle and many fitness editorials in Oxygen, Women's Health, WHO Magazine and lronman. She now adds Author to her resume after the launch of their book ‘Change your Body.’

Monica provides inspirational nutrition advice to all her clients and her interactive Food Challenges have been so successful, they are now offered online. Her goal is to inspire others to make exercise a daily habit and to eat themselves to health!
