The Wood Tiger
ОглавлениеInteresting times await the Wood Tiger! As the Goat year starts, he will have definite plans in mind and, in characteristic fashion, will set about them with purpose and resolve. However, as he will soon discover, Goat years have a way of their own. Plans will be subject to change and some interesting (and often unexpected) chances will arise along the way. This can be a generally good year for the Wood Tiger, but he does need to adapt and to make the most of emerging opportunities.
This will be especially the case in his work situation. During the year many Wood Tigers will be affected by new ways of working and, despite some initial reservations, will need to embrace them. In some cases they could entail additional training or new duties, but if the Wood Tiger shows willingness, there will often be the chance for him to play a greater role. However, some opportunities will arise with little warning this year and to benefit the Wood Tiger will need to be quick. In particular, Wood Tigers whose work involves an element of creative expression should make the most of their talents. Inventive and resourceful, they will find that some of what they put forward can develop in an encouraging way.
For Wood Tigers who are seeking a change from their current position, as well as those seeking work, the Goat year is again one of interesting possibility. By widening the scope of his search, discussing his options with employment officials and perhaps taking advantage of training incentives, the Wood Tiger can uncover new possibilities. Goat years can have some curious twists and turns, and quite a few Wood Tigers will end this one working in an area quite different from what they have done before. Whenever the Wood Tiger sees an opportunity, he should act upon it without delay, but March, June, July and October could see potentially important developments.
Progress at work will allow many Wood Tigers to increase their income and some will also benefit from the receipt of extra funds. However, the Wood Tiger will need to keep control of his outgoings, otherwise anything extra could be quickly spent, and not always in the most effective way. To go ahead with his plans, including home and equipment purchases and travel, he will need to budget carefully. He will also need to be vigilant when entering into any new agreement, deal with correspondence promptly and ensure his insurance policies cover his needs. Items of personal value should also be looked after carefully. This is very much a year to be vigilant and thorough.
Although the Wood Tiger will often be kept busy with his various commitments, it is also important he allows time for recreational pursuits. If sedentary for much of the day, he will particularly benefit from those that allow him additional exercise. His interests can also provide a welcome contrast to his more usual activities and the Goat year encourages trying the new. Creative activities are excellently aspected and should the Wood Tiger want to make more of a certain idea or talent, now is the time. Those who enjoy writing could find this an especially satisfying (and sometimes therapeutic) activity.
The Wood Tiger should also not allow the demands of the year to prevent him from going to any social occasions that appeal to him. These can both bring him pleasure and provide valuable lifestyle balance. Contacts with close friends too can be helpful, not only in allowing the Wood Tiger to discuss ideas he may be considering but also in enabling him to benefit from the perceptive advice of another person. Late February to the end of April and July to early September could see the most social activity.
For the unattached Wood Tiger, changes in work or new interests taken up over the year can lead to meeting new people, and one of these, perhaps met by chance, can become important as the year develops.
