Sensitive fiber
ОглавлениеI am going to speak directly to you, whom have low self-esteem. We are going to go this way so you can determine, what the immanent causes were for your demotivation and for your low self-esteem, and then we will get to work on it. Allow your mind to connect with that system of self-worth that has made humanity survive for millions of years. It was not the people who despise themselves, but those who love each other who survived so that today we are alive and communicating through this medium. It was not the unmotivated people who created the most wonderful works of art in history, it was not the people of low self-esteem who managed to survive illnesses, wars, sieges, invasions, poverty and hunger.
Why millions of years ago there was no low self-esteem? Because whoever suffered, died ...
People didn't get depressed or pity themselves, because if they did, they were dead.
First, let us try to understand how my own image was formed. Pay a lot of attention:
The mirror gives you the reflection of what your mind thinks you are. The light beams penetrate the pupil, travel through the optic nerve, reach the brain, decode the images and form in the retina of the eye, that is what we see. The key point here is precisely that intermediate process by which images are decoded by our brain. We could only have an objective view of reality if the images entered, formed and came out in the retina of the eye, without passing the examination of our mind and still would not be exempt from our judgment and evaluation. But this does not happen, our brain is in the middle to establish an instant interpretation of that information it absorbs, and where does it get that interpretation? Well, the information you have accumulated, the closest, the most recent, the easiest to access ... the wrong one. And finally, the image returns. This image, if the eye is healthy and works normally and has no abnormality, will reflect a reality could be said objective, but the interpretation that we make of that reality concerns our mind. The mind makes an interpretative judgment about whether what we see: it is ugly, cute, tall, fat, skinny, attractive or disgusting. It is not enough for human beings to see reality, we need to interpret it, judge it and establish measurable parameters, and when this happens in front of a mirror that reflects our image, in front of a work or work of our own authorship, or something done by ourselves, the subjective part enters to work on what we know best: yourself. Your voice, your brain, your mind focus on giving you a feedback of what you know well, as if it were an old man to whom a child asks about his youth. It tells you about you, from you and even you. Because remember that you have never left your brain. That is the only place you have been.
That return that your mind gives you about who you are, is nothing more than the result of the thoughts that you have been attaching to your nervous system.
The image that the mirror returns to you will be delimited by the conditions that you have previously established:
A. What do you think of yourself
B. The importance or credit you give to what others think of you.
C. What you are and what you think of what you are.
While I am writing this book, two key questions came up:
The first: How can I make your self-esteem soar?
And the second: What are the most sensitive fibers of human consciousness?
Because if I can reach the most sensitive fiber, I can from there, install thoughts in your mind that help lift your self-esteem. These words you are reading are causing different emotions in you. How is that possible? Given the subjective character, you know that I am a human being like you, you think, in addition, that I am trained or I have a prior knowledge to talk to you about what I am talking about and then your mind makes these symbols that form the words acquire an interpretation and you end up giving credit to what you are reading. That is why it works and that is why a book with the right information can be so powerful. If I write the word "elephant", your mind immediately thinks of an elephant, yes exactly, that elephant that you are thinking right now. But the word "elephant" does not even remotely resemble a real elephant. Why do you think of an elephant then? Because of the interpretation your mind makes.
So what are the most sensitive fibers of people? Because if I can discover them, then my task will be greatly facilitated. Maybe I can find any of them among the following that I am going to risk:
The love for your children.
Feel important.
Sexual desire.
Self pride.
Dreams and desires.
The feeling of belonging.
Friendship.
Your talent.
The honor.
Loyalty.
Love.
The revenge.
From the fiber that sensitizes you the most, the one that makes you get going every morning, the one that forces you to change your mind, to give up an argument, to do extraordinary things, to despair, to try everything, and maybe even to give your own life ... The most sensitive fiber in a human being refers to the maximum expression of his being, that part with which you cannot get in, that part that you cannot buy, that part that you cannot insult without that person feeling insulted too. From that sensitive fiber is that we are going to work.
I will ask you to find that sensitive fiber, the one that only you know, and once you have identified it, perform the following exercises:
How many things would you give up to get or keep which is the highest expression of your being?
Usually people have two well-marked sensitive fibers: their children or their dreams.
This leads to the exercise that I have proposed:
Would you sacrifice sex for your children? That is, you would stop having sex for the rest of your life because that would save your children. Almost 100% of humanity would answer yes to this question. Now would you sacrifice all your money to achieve your dream? Would you sacrifice your right arm for a million dollars?
With this I want to make you understand the importance of sensitive fibers, they can be several, but there is one that is the most important of all for each person in particular.
