ОглавлениеSome Things Never Change!
It’s all about misdirection and deception where you cannot recognize manipulation, oppression, and aggression. As much as some things change, even more things stay the same. But who is to blame? Do our manipulators have no shame as they play out these deceitful mind games and put one against the other to control us all undercover? For pain is pain as sure as the rain; misery just goes by a different name.
Some things are external and never change, except the month and the year, for there will always be a front and a rear; but one thing is guaranteed in Uncle Sam’s America (that is crystal clear) that only the strong will survive. The poor will be ignored here. The rich and wealthy will always live a life of privilege in upscale fashion with quality in high gear while the middle class and the poor and underprivileged will always be the majority. All of these poor souls who don’t prematurely die will be left behind to cry, sob, and moan in their cheap beer.
Someone once said in a joke or jest that money cannot buy happiness; but the true reality is that it is better to have more than less. Everything that common people dream, hope, and fantasize about in this world costs money (the big house, the huge bank roll, and pockets so deep that it looks funny). America, from the beginning, was based on entrepreneurs; whoever can accumulate the most money is the one who rules. You must be educated, so you must attend school.
Capitalism is definitely not based on religion or race (red, brown, black, yellow, or white) but in whoever has the purse strings, influence, and power (and can hold onto it) lies the might. According to the law of the land, the rich man is never guilty but always right; because in America, everyone and everything has a price and is for sale. Even the most heinous criminal with wealth in a capitalist society can get out of jail or make bail.
Because of luxury and the money that poor people only dream about, they have that and more with clout; for big money is theirs until they die. It gives them not only privilege but wings to fly. Rich men don’t rob banks, because they own them; for money will always get you the right connection (no matter your religion or complexion); so you will always have the law on your side. For protection, money (and plenty of it) is the American dream with whipped cream.
Some things in this world remain the same and never change, like the sky is up and the ground is down. If you are poor, one thing that is for sure, you are considered out of bounds and cannot go to or patronize the best places in town. So people say that money is the root and cause of all evil, but the real perpetrator is where there is not any money; for the crime rate is always up where the people are bankrupt.
Like in ancient Rome when the emperor, Nero, fiddled on his throne, there were sports heroes, haves and have-nots, gladiators, actors, philosophers, and writers; but if you were poor, you were ignored. Just as sure as a soldier’s shoulders are broad, you were more likely to feel the lion’s teeth and the sting of the sword. That was then and this still holds true now, warmongers, singers, adultery, prostitution, drugs, corruption and vices, and innocent people being falsely accused and condemned to death or for the rest of his or her life.
As much as some things change but keep the same theme, some things are magical, wonderful, and beautiful, and some things are carried out by evil self-centered friends who are selfish, cruel, barbaric, and mean. The poor always get bashed and trashed; but if you are rich and have cash, you can buy a pass. There have been rich men who had big money and had slain their wives and legally got away with murder, because they had the money to pay. What does that say about justice and equality today? If you have money today, you can play, and if caught, you can get away; because money talks and bullshit walks. When it is your turn to go to court (because anyone or anything can be bought), some things never change, and some things (due to greed) will always be the same!
