Morning Routine

In the morning you get a chance when you get up, and that alarm clock goes off, to set your day. If it’s going off and you don’t have five minutes to clear your mind, that is when you are going to start setting your alarm five minutes earlier TONIGHT!

And that fives minutes is going to let you come out of sleep and start thanking the influences in your life that are positive.The first thing I am going to do is thank these five things in my life.

(My Examples in Positive Rant form:) I am going to be thankful I have a pillow. I am going to be thankful I have shelter. It’s a gorgeous day outside. I am really thankful for the person who gave me a lift home the other day. I am going to be thankful for my boss who has acknowledged me.

I am going to be thankful for things I actually have in my surroundings because if you are not thankful for what you have it is not going to be easy for you to ask for something new. Your lack and desires are at two different wave lengths in your mind. And different space will be created if you actually be present and you are thankful for where you “are right at this moment for all the things that you have. Nothing more can come to you otherwise, so be thankful.

Create a list five things that are currently in your life: (simple things like running water)

What was it that made Armstrong want to be on the moon. What was it that drove him to want to be on the moon? You have see people do extraordinary things on television all the time.

Be present to the fact that: ​

“Anything is possible.”

And when you are starting to feel good...

Remind yourself, “I can figure it out!”

Yes you can! It doesn’t matter if there is or was a problem and people are getting in your way. Tell yourself: “I (you) can figure it out!”

And next, the other thing that psychologically holds people back is that people don’t feel they are enough! Enough of what? Enough of something your father said you weren’t good at. Or someone in a playground said that you were a fat kid!”

CHANGE THAT! Change that by saying:

“I’m Good Enough!” “I can Change My Life.”

“I can change what I put in my mouth, or wear on my feet.”

I get a choice. I am good enough!

I am good enough for all the right reasons. I have good intentions.

So, put it on your mirror or the refrigerator door:​ “I am good enough.”

Whatever you are doing through out the day find places that are a good place for a reminder.

Know that everything is temporary.

Whatever it is you are going through right now; whatever that situation has been. IT WAS. And it was temporary. The happIness and the joy is temporary.

You reading this journal or watching the Plan B Videos is temporary. Everything is temporary - the good and the bad. And what you need to do is find a state of happiness in the middle. So remind yourself in the morning that this is temporary. Whatever happened in the past you can leave there. Whatever is going to happen in the future is also temporary.

You are Bigger than Anything that can Happen! Positive or Negative.

You can connect to your deeper beliefs to know that anything you believe can come true.

And you can (start to) see that:

“You are bigger than anything that can happen to you."

​ ​ (This is where you first begin to shape your way of being.) ​

Next:

“I am apart of something greater than myself.”

Yes, you are this is not the only time in moment and space. This is not the only problem. You are not the only one with an injury, a breakup or hardship. This is where you can start to shape yourself by believing you a part of something greater and bigger.

If you just feel like you need to be in your community, to not feel lost at home, go and volunteer at a boys and girls club. Go lift someone else up in the process and meet people that are effective in the world in giving change.

Then write to your self:

Believe in yourself.

​ Believe in the way you can shape and change others by simply being present and showing up.

Know that:

You are love.

You may not have been given any love. Maybe you have trodden on, left behind, stomped on, or betrayed. But you are love!

You officially are love. ​

You have got a chance of 1 in 4 Billion to come to the planet. I don’t enough know what kind of lottery that is. But you have chance to influence other people and do the things you love.

Pick up the thing you want to touch, see, and do. Even if it isn’t your full time job. Even if it is to shape a surfboard, or create a painting, or design fashion. Or if it is something where you need to be the number one sales person and all you need to do is get in front of people who are the right people; change the people you are talking to. Be present, be loving, be joyful. You are love. You are joy. You are a reflection of everything in your life. This is the biggest experience and lesson.

Summary of Your Morning Routine: ​ ~ YOU SET IT UP ~

1 This is going to be a good day.​

2 You run this show.​

3 Thankful for 5 Things.

4 Anything is possible.​

5 You are enough.​

6 Everything is Temporary​

7 You are greater than anything that can happen to you.

8 You are apart of something bigger than yourself.​

This is a big planet. And big way of expressing that, is by being who you are truly are.

Wether you are a mom and you just want to bake, and you can bake for your neighbours and influence people. Or you are the CEO who decides to drop his ego and see where aspects of his company are not being

developed, they are under developed. and the pope aren’t satisfied and you can help grow and expand that by raising up the attitudes and expectations of the employees in your company. This is where you can make the change.

9. You are love.

Whatever you didn’t hear or didn’t get from a mother, a father, a brother, a sister and if someone left your life too soon they can positively influence you by you remembering what they would say to you if you decided to get up and stop feeling sad about the situation. Imagine them cheerleading you. Find the strength in that.

10. You are joy.

If you believe you are being joyful you will change your day.

11. You are a reflection of everything around you.

All the choices leading up until now are great? What are the ways you are going to move forward.

Hold this thought (to Feed Positive into your day) and carry it with you for the next 30 days. Don’t let your mind take over; if it is negative about him or her, or what happened, start playing the new routine every single day and it will shape you life in 30 days!

Your GOAL: Incorporate this Morning Routine along with Daily Influences and Actions each day over the next 30 days.​

IMPORTANT NOTE: If for any reason you miss a day listening to your playlist, or fall into an old routine, stop and start again the next day. Commit to adding positive influences the next day. It’s a practice! Turn your mind to feeling good and focus on what contributes to that.
