There are three people who influenced this book. Each of them has helped us grow as leaders in very different ways.

Robert J. Marzano—An educator’s researcher who can make sense of what needs to be done in order to make the difference in the lives of all children. Not only does he know what works, but he also puts the information in a format that is usable and doable.
