In most cantons, however, a building permit is generally not required for seasonal garden pools with a maximum area of 10 square metres and a height of 1.5 metres. However, exemption regulations vary from canton to canton. Check with the municipality to see if a permit is required.

There is a so-called simplified procedure in Switzerland, the form can be obtained from the municipality.

Germany

Austria

It is issued by the building police or the municipality after the building negotiations.
