CONCERNING

THE RELATIONS

OF

GREAT BRITAIN,

SPAIN, AND PORTUGAL,

AND SPECIFICALLY AS AFFECTED BY

THE

CONVENTION OF CINTRA:

The whole brought to the test of those Principles, by which alone the Independence and Freedom of Nations can be Preserved or Recovered.
