Marshmalow Squares

Dreamy, light and fluffy, these will melt in your mouth

INGREDIENTS

½ cup of Baked Butter

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 cup of flour

½ bag of marshmalows

1 453g tub of cream cheese frosting

Preheat oven to 325° F.

In a bowl, thoroughly combine the Baked Butter or margarine, flour and sugar to form a soft dough.

Pat the dough into an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, then remove from oven.

Cut the marshmallows in half, then place them on top of the base until it is completely covered.

Increase the heat in the oven to 375° F.

Return the marshmallow-covered base to the oven for 5 minutes or until all the marshmallows have melted together. Allow to cool.

Cover the whole top with the cream cheese frosting. Serve. One square should get you Baked
