1. A little bird is flying in the sky.

Who taught it to so fly?

Where teacher is? Where parents are?

Why is alone flying this little one?

2. From which nest had flown nestling this?

Who sent up in the flight? Was it good sense?!

Birds are born for the high flight

In the first place are aspiring to be in the sky.

3. But why are the little birds so attracted by height

Why they want to rise to a great height in flight

What are they looking for in the sky, what do they find there,

Of their life the necessaries are in the blue sphere.

4. Sky is possessor of the magic life-blood,

But not all can fly in there.

Can only the birds, which have two wings.

Wing-beat must be resolute and clean.

5. Bird never can live without

Blue sky, and never loose the sound,

Which calls in height always, in flight.

Live birds on earth for higher life.

6. Where do you come from, little daredevils?

Who taught you to fly so well than all other lives.

What for are you always flying here,

What do you say to the people dear?

7. About life their? You can help?

But what you may have said?

With wing-beats will have been you talking,

And hope, people must have been hearing.

8. Set an example always for them

What must they think of flying then.

Look up to the sky, bird wings are sprouting.

You can be tiring? – It will come to nothing!

9. We all were born on earth, but

The little birds can rise in flight.

Because they haven’t wings? God my!

10. Make gifts for man, – two little wings

Let them be flying, one is tired feeling

Himself being a creeper… Some want to be in the sky,

And dream of freedom, like the birds which fly.
