If this ever happens to you then the information in this book could help you to get through that time safely. This is the book I wish someone had written for me and I wrote it for myself. I’ve decided to share it with the world so if anyone is scared or in trouble then they can easily access this information too.

THE AUTHOR I have got myself into some strange and dangerous situations. I’ve been through the military, have worked in crisis management teams for global companies, have taken part in extreme sports and have done lots of other stuff. Along the way I’ve seen people I care about hurt themselves, get admitted to psych wards, go bankrupt, wind up in jail, complete good work for destructive organisations, cause pain to other people, become trapped in cults and die. I know how quickly things can go wrong and I know what it takes to work through complex situations while terrified.
