Anxiety can be a powerful indicator that something in your life requires attention. A proper dose of anxiety can feel almost unbearable and, in response to that feeling, you may go looking for ways to escape your reality, change your circumstances, deny your situation or fix yourself. During that time you can make some stupid decisions and you may also be vulnerable to anyone who can sell you an answer to your perceived or actual problem - even if what they are selling isn’t true or good for you.

In this world there are perfectly legal and completely illegal traps, often presented as opportunities, that aren’t designed for your benefit. Instead they are tailored for you in order to produce results for other people. To avoid, navigate and escape these traps safely there are some basic concepts about life that are really important to know. I have spent several years summarising these concepts into the following short chapters which can be read in any order.
