Orange Banana Green Smoothie

This is a citrus flavored smoothie with strong tones of banana, you never know you're drinking kale with it.

What You'll Need:

2 bananas (peeled, ripe)

1 orange (peeled, quartered)

1 kale leaf (torn)

1 cup of ice water (water and ice)

How to Make It:

Add 2 peeled ripe bananas, 1 peeled and quartered orange, 1 ripped into pieces kale leaf, with 1 cup of ice water into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
